Service Charges



All the charges for services and merchandise we offer are listed in detail on our General Price List, which you can download here. Or you can call us and we will be happy to fax or email one to you.

All our charges can be broken into three categories.



Services Provided By Us

• These charges are for the things that we do for you or on your behalf, and for the use of our facilities and equipment.
• There is a basic non-declinable charge for any funeral or cremation customer which includes all the items that are routinely done for every family. This charge is called "Basic Charges For Funeral Director and Staff." Other services or facility or equipment charges that you select will be added to this basic fee.



Merchandise

• We have a selection of caskets, urns, memorial books and cards which are available to you. There is a Casket Price List and an Urn Price List which shows all the prices for this merchandise we offer at the funeral home. Other merchandise and additional selections of caskets and urns are available through viewing catalogs and special order.
• Local and state sales tax is added to all merchandise sales.



Cash Advances

There are a number of items that we will obtain for you. The cost of these items is not under our control and are subject to change. We pay for these items on your behalf and add the exact charge of each item to your final bill. Examples of cash advances are:

• Fee for the number of death certificates you order.
• Any permit or regulatory fees.
• Obituary listing (if you choose to have us place it for you.
• Flowers.
• Escorts.
• Musicians.
